Payment, Cancellation Policy and Booking Fees

Full payment is due upon check in.
We charge a 5% booking fee that is included in the room rate. The 5% booking fee is non-refundable.
For cancellations prior to 48 hours of check in the 5% booking fee applies
Cancellation within 48 hours prior to check in are charged a one night cancel fee.
Early check outs are charged a 10% fee.
A credit card number is required to confirm your reservation. For security reasons you may call the reservation number or use the fax 787-889-4139 to provide your card information or click on the SECURE BOOKING LINK on the website to make a confirmed reservation.
