Green room, although not ocean front, has 2 bedrooms, one with one queen bed and one with 2 twin beds, also a couch that can be converted to a twin bed is located in the sitting room with minifridge and one bathroom. Each room is equipped with a brand new air conditioners and also solar powered ceiling fans. 3 Night Minimum. Price listed is for two persons, extra persons pay $18.00 each - up to 5 in the room. The exception to this is in our High and Winter Seasons, which is priced for 5 persons flat rate.

It comes with a King sized bed, garden view, private terrace, small fridge, satellite TV, Air conditioning, a couch that folds into a twin bed, and private bathroom. Payment, Cancellation Policy and Booking Fees

Full payment is due upon check in.
We charge a 5% booking fee that is included in the room rate. The 5% booking fee is non-refundable.
For cancellations prior to 48 hours of check in the 5% booking fee applies
Cancellation within 48 hours prior to check in are charged a one night cancel fee.
Early check outs are charged a 10% fee.
A credit card number is required to confirm your reservation. For security reasons you may call the reservation number or use the fax 787-889-4139 to provide your card information or click on the SECURE BOOKING LINK on the website to make a confirmed reservation.
